Prithiv Prasad, MD, is a board-certified infectious disease physician at Providence Medical Group - Infectious Disease, Medford. He has broad experience in infectious diseases and their complications, including HIV, bone and joint infections, post-surgical infections, tuberculosis and other mycobacterial infections, travel-related infections, sexually transmitted infections and other complex infectious conditions. A graduate of the Christian Medical College Vellore in India, Dr. Prasad completed his internal medicine residency at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, and a fellowship in infectious diseases at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York.
